In this role, you will oversee a diverse caseload within the personal injury sector, ensuring timely and efficient management of litigation processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the firm’s operations and client satisfaction in a fully remote work environment. \n Accountabilities Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active litigation cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed. Oversee and supervise two staff members, offering training, mentorship, and workflow coordination. Assist two attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents. Maintain consistent client communication and handle case updates efficiently. Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics. Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures, particularly in Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties. Utilize strong technology skills to streamline case management processes and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably within personal injury law. Strong understanding of Illinois civil litigation procedure. Proven experience managing staff and supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously. Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
