• Handling low value claims from inception to conclusion.
• Managing a caseload under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients, updating them on case progression.
• Submitting claims on official injury claims portal and MOJ Portal.
• Instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements.
• Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protocols.
• Meeting performance targets and contributing to the firm’s success.
• Issuing court proceedings and other aspects of litigation.
