If you're a detail-oriented professional with experience in contract management, legal research, and corporate governance, this is your opportunity to contribute to the companys legal and regulatory adherence while working alongside experienced legal professionals. Key Responsibilities Draft and review contracts, legal correspondence, and corporate documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Conduct thorough research to support business strategies and legal decisions. Provide insights on mitigating risks. Maintain an organized legal document repository and ensure all files are easily retrievable. Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external legal counsel for all legal matters. Skills Contract drafting, legal research, document management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication, and collaboration skills. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Legal Management, Law, Political Science, or related field. Paralegal Certification is a plus. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in corporate or financial services.
