    Our client is an award-winning international law firm, and they are looking for a Paralegal to be an essential part of their central team. In this role, you will be providing high-quality support to a range of legal teams alongside other Paralegals and Apprentices.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting letters and documents including engagement letters, disclosure pilot documents, settlement agreements, standstill agreements, and instructions to counsel/experts
  • Conducting extensive legal research and preparing case summaries
  • Contract review; drawing attention to clauses in proposed construction contracts that could compromise insurance cover
  • Preparing cost budgets and schedules including reworking and categorising financial data to present to court
  • Reviewing and compiling client data in preparation of exhibits for witness statements or mediation and court bundles
  • Training and mentoring new starters
