We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our Belfast team and provide vital support to our lawyers. More about the role... As a Paralegal, you will play a key supporting role within our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting lawyers with case preparation and management. Conducting legal research and reviewing medical records. Preparing disclosure bundles and drafting correspondence. Liaising with clients, witnesses, experts, and Counsel. Attending court and client meetings as required. Using case management systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively. You will work under supervision but be expected to produce accurate, high-quality work and manage tasks efficiently. More about you... We are looking for someone who is: Knowledgeable about personal injury and clinical negligence law (essential). Familiar with Court and Tribunal procedure rules (desirable). Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. Committed to delivering excellent client care and working collaboratively as part of a team. Proficient in IT and comfortable using electronic case management systems. Previous experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essential.
