Preparing and reviewing contracts for sale of land (residential and commercial), negotiating amendments and completing sale or purchase contracts, attend to settlements and registration of documents on the PEXA workspace and liaise with clients
Processing of trust statements to clients
Assisting with the preparation, review and execution of commercial lease documentation
Preparing property related correspondence and client updates
Coordinating with clients, external stakeholders and internal teams to progress transactions efficiently
Maintaining and updating matter documentation, data bases, precedents and workflows
Providing practical and timely support throughout the life cycle of property transactions
Attending to general file administration and post completion tasks, including execution of documents and registration of property dealings
