We’re seeking someone with a background in customer service—ideally from a personal injury or vehicle logistics setting. • Handle transfer calls from the FNOL (First Notification of Loss) team to the PI team
• Process incoming claims from referrers and business partners
• Review electronic files and carry out client/conflict checks
• Gather detailed information from clients regarding injury and loss
• Conduct MID and AskCUE searches as needed
• Explain the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) process to clients
• Ensure appropriate Legal Expenses Insurance is in place
• Submit new claims via OIC, MOJ, or MIB portals
• Monitor portal activity and assign cases post-admission/denial
• Provide general administrative support to the PI team and wider practice
