This role involves assisting attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, and supporting litigation and transactional matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals. Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
