Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate Legal, we are looking for candidates with excellent executive functioning skills, judgement, and strong initiative, who can manage a diverse and complex workload, with responsibility for the following: Provide transactional and advisory legal support in connection with the Firm's owned/operated/leased real estate portfolio in the United States Draft, negotiate, review, and close legal documents for real estate transactions (including lease amendments, license agreements, notice letters, NDAs, estoppels, and SNDAs) Assist with the real estate components of Firm corporate transactions (e.g., guarantees, transfer clause analysis, inter-affiliate licenses, tenant legal entity issues, and firm-wide policy initiatives) Act as the primary point of contact for the leased data center portfolio, working closely with internal teams, external counsel, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and management of all related transactions Provide escalation support for billing, outside counsel onboarding, and signatory procedures Skills/Competencies 2-4 years of relevant experience in transactional real estate (including tenant or landlord side commercial leasing experience) Pragmatic and commercial-minded with keen analytical skills and the ability to identify and escalate, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment Flexible, organized, detail-orientated, with an ability to handle pressure, tight deadlines and multiple ongoing matters Proactive self-starter that confidently assesses and advises on legal risks in conjunction with the overseeing attorney Collaborative and personable, and can deftly build positive client relationships Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
