This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. Alternatively, open to a remote employee living on the East Coast.
Red Ventures is seeking a Paralegal to join our legal team – the Charlotte Business Journal’s Outstanding Large Company Legal Department Winner for 2023! We earned this distinction by surpassing expectations typically associated with a department of our size and aim to leverage technology to increase productivity in a responsible and cost-effective manner moving forward.
This Paralegal position will be primarily focused on corporate governance and making sure that all filings and company changes are promptly processed. Other role responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as, assisting with litigation and employment matters. The work environment is fast-paced, often requiring that issues be addressed quickly. The successful candidate must have strong analytical, project management, organizational and collaborative skills and be detail-oriented.
