Role Overview We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the company’s legal, compliance, and administrative functions across its logistics and warehousing operations. This role will play an important part in managing contracts, supporting property and lease administration, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with insurance and HSE-related documentation and processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Contract Management & Legal Support Draft, review, and administer standard company agreements including leases, service agreements (SLAs), and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Maintain and update the company contract register, ensuring all contracts, renewals, and obligations are accurately tracked. Monitor contractual compliance and follow up on pending actions or renewals. Support the Legal team with dispute tracking, documentation, and escalations when required. 2. Property & Lease Administration Support the administration of warehouse and depot lease agreements. Coordinate with the Finance department to track rental payments, lease escalations, and renewals. Maintain records related to zoning approvals, permits, and property documentation. Liaise with landlords, tenants, and government authorities when necessary. Assist with due diligence and documentation for new operational sites. 3. Compliance & Regulatory Support Maintain and update company licenses, permits, and compliance registers. Track regulatory requirements and ensure documentation remains current and compliant. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Monitor and follow up on compliance-related action items. 4. Insurance & Risk Administration Assist the Legal team with insurance administration and asset-related documentation. Support insurance-related processes, claims coordination, and policy tracking. Ensure contractor insurance documentation and compliance requirements are maintained and updated. 5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Support Provide administrative and compliance support to the HSE team. Assist with tracking HSE-related tasks, documentation, and records within the company systems. Support HSE audits, inspections, and reporting activities. 6. Operational & Administrative Support Maintain accurate filing systems and document control procedures. Prepare trackers, reports, and compliance summaries as required. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal and Compliance teams. Role Requirements Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in a legal, compliance, or contract administration role. Previous experience within logistics, warehousing, real estate, or property-related industries is an advantage. Strong contract administration and documentation management skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Responsibilities
The Paralegal will manage contracts, lease agreements, and compliance records to support logistics and warehousing operations. They will also assist with insurance administration and provide administrative support to the HSE and legal teams.
