About the Role: Join our team as a Paralegal to contribute to the development of Lexis+UK, LexisNexis UK's online practical guidance and research product for legal professionals. Responsibilities: Reviewing new and existing content for quality and legal accuracy Monitoring of developments and inputting information to maintain trackers of consultations, cases and key dates Evaluating existing workflows and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency Collaborating with teams to implement process improvements and introduce tools or technologies that reduce manual effort and turnaround time Drafting practical guidance content, including Practice Notes, Checklists, and Precedents as and when required Requirements: Law degree/GDL/LPC/BTC. Legal research and writing skills Understanding of legal issues, procedures, and content types Experience in a mid or large law firm Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations Clear and succinct writing style adaptable to LexisNexis house style Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including lawyers, contributors, and sales teams Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
