Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal correspondence and dispute-related emails, and managing general legal administrative work. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, confident in managing legal tasks independently, and comfortable using AI tools to streamline and improve their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft, review, and format contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare and respond to legal letters, dispute-related emails, and other correspondence professionally and effectively.
  • Conduct legal research where necessary to support contract or dispute matters.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation and records.
  • Utilize AI tools to assist with document drafting, research, and legal process optimization.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders on legal matters where required.

3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.

  • Proven experience drafting contracts and agreements with minimal supervision.
  • Strong experience handling email disputes, formal letters, and legal communications.
  • Good understanding of AI tools and willingness to leverage technology in daily tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple priorities
