Description
  A growing regional law firm is looking for a dynamic, self-starter for the position of Paralegal. The successful candidate must be highly organized, have the ability to prioritize, work well with others, and adapt well under pressure while working with personal injury and construction related files. Essential Duties / Responsibilities · Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses · Review and summarize medical records · Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines · Perform file maintenance in case management software · File and serve documents to necessary parties · Draft and review legal correspondence · Administrative duties as requested Qualifications and Skills · Minimum 3 years of litigation experience · Ability to handle a case from the initial complaint through trial · Experience working with multiple attorneys · Basic understanding of Arizona civil rules of procedure (NM, CO, UT rules a plus) · Experience working with Microsoft products, Adobe Acrobat, legal case management software · Positive and professional interpersonal relations · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Attentive to timeliness and accuracy Benefits · 100% paid employee health, vision, dental, LTD, STD & life · 401k Options with employer match · Paid holidays, vacation and sick time Job Type: Full-time Cover letter a plus, hourly rate approximately $27-40/hour, depending on experience, 40 hour work week Our office is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
