Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 50+ million customers get more from their money every day.
As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we’re looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.
About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and it’s a very important part of the business. This lovely bunch supports all other teams, helping Revolut achieve its goals every day.
We’re looking for a Paralegal to help support our team. You’ll work with our lawyers in our Regulatory Response & Investigations team to manage the Revolut Group’s enforcement risk, including assisting with internal and regulator-led investigations, protecting the company’s position in enforcement proceedings and delivering advice on judicial options for testing administrative decisions, wherever they arise. We’re a global company, so a willingness to dive into novel legal issues arising in multiple jurisdictions is a must.
You’ll have the best opportunities to understand our business processes, improve your legal skills, and make an impact in one of the world’s fastest-growing fintech companies. We’re pretty quick on our feet, so you’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
Excited to join? We can’t wait to have you on board.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting Legal Counsel on a diverse range of contentious issues across multiple jurisdictions, from inspections and enquiries to strategic projects, disputes, enforcement, and appeals
  • Assisting with complex matters including disclosure, collection and production of materials, liaising with external counsel and managing legal spend.
  • Leading document management and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of a range of sensitive contentious matters
  • Building relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders, identifying and collaborating with key SMEs in the course of live investigations and contentious matters
  • Supporting on whistleblowing investigations including initial review and triage of whistleblowing reports, evidence gathering and report writing
  • Capturing know-how and assisting with knowledge sharing
  • Implementing and actively seeking new scalable processes to support the legal team

What you’ll need

  • Fluency in English
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and take responsibility
  • Experience managing large amounts of documents
  • An interest in seeking new technological solutions to make the Legal team’s processes and functions more efficient
  • Exceptional sense of autonomy, proactiveness, and determination
  • Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once

Nice to have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
  • 1+ year of experience working at a law firm or in-house at a company
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service and forming great working relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to demonstrate sound business judgement, even in ambiguous situations
  • Common sense, great judgement, and a good sense of humour
