Description Scentsy is looking for a Paralegal to assist General Counsel with litigation, schedule/docket, and invoice and contract management. What You'll Do: Update and maintain contract forms, contract revisions, and contract amendments under attorney supervision Manage docket scheduling and coordination Oversee invoice and contract management Manage General Counsel’s schedules by managing calendars with flexibility and creativity Prepare binders, file, and other documents or materials for litigations or presentations Draft and prepare correspondence, legal documents, declarations, and form complaints Organizes and maintains electronic and hard-copy filing systems Submits state and federal business filings Works cross functionally to create, implement, and monitor Scentsy’s legal objectives Proofread legal documents and letters Responsible for court filings as directed by Attorneys Assist General Counsel in their representation of non-Scentsy clients, including but not limited to pro bono representation of Scentsy employees Perform research, gather facts, and retrieve information Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed We're Looking For: Associates degree or equivalent related experience 2 years of related experience Ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule Ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks Strong attention to detail Strong research and analysis skills Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position Knowledge of, or ability to learn, federal and state electronic filing systems Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
