Description

Our client, a well-established Vancouver law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Securities Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned securities professional looking to step into a key role within a collaborative and respected legal environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ​​5+ years of paralegal experience working in Securities within Canadian law firms or legal departments
  • Strong familiarity with CSE and TSXV policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with SEDAR+, SEDI, and relevant regulatory platforms
  • Excellent drafting, proofreading, and document preparation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience
  • Four weeks of vacation

Responsibilities
  • Drafting and preparing continuous disclosure documents including:
  • Information Circulars
  • Annual Information Forms (AIFs)
  • Prospectuses
  • Preparing and filing disclosure documents using SEDAR+ and SEDI
  • Conducting due diligence searches
  • Preparing submissions to regulatory authorities, including:
  • Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE)
  • TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV)
  • Staying up to date with CSE and TSXV policies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Supporting lawyers and clients in managing filing timelines, form completion, and regulatory correspondence
