Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Paralegal to support our Legal team. The role is based in Notting Hill. Managing contract processes and providing comprehensive legal administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to legal operations. Responsibilities include, however, not limited to: Managing meetings and appointments. Manage and administer the single point triage work intake system Manage our Contracts Lifecycle Management system legal interface including intake coordination assigning tasks, AI integration. Undertake legal reviews of contracts, coordinating contract reviews with key stakeholders, escalating issues with legal counsel and assisting legal counsel with resolution of key issues in dispute Managing and tracking insurance review. Attending to approvals and execution (Docusign + wet ink). Assisting Legal Counsel with Corporate Secretarial services and searches Filing and document management Manage, administer and co-ordinate NDAs used at SGS Updating and managing of Legal SharePoint and OneNote internal management systems Qualifications To be successful in this role you must have: Minimum 10 years’ experience in a paralegal or similar legal support role Strong experience managing contracts and legal documentation Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and legal systems Knowledge of CLM, Docusign Knowledge of AI - Legora, Harvey or Co Pilot and willingness to learn and integrate it Ability to work to deadlines Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
