We have an opportunity for a Paralegal to work as part of a team providing administrative and legal support to lawyers, partners and clients. The position offers an opportunity for those with experience of working in an office environment to work in a law firm and train in a legal support role, potentially as a stepping stone to becoming a qualified lawyer.
The ideal candidate:
Must hold an undergraduate degree or legal conversion (LLB/GDL/LPC) or be educated to A level standard or equivalent and be willing to study towards obtaining a legal qualification.
Must possess a good understanding of the legal system as well as commercial awareness in order to be able to advise and support lawyers.
Will have some Jersey legal experience or previous experience of working in a law firm or legal environment, is beneficial
