We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Paralegal to join our busy Property Development team. You’ll support our solicitors in a wide range of residential and commercial development matters, working with clients across the UK. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience in a fast-moving and evolving area of law.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners with the preparation of contracts, reports on title, and other legal documentation
• Conducting due diligence, including searches and reviewing documents
• Drafting correspondence and liaising with clients and third parties
• Managing your own caseload of straightforward matters, with supervision
• Helping keep transactions on track and clients informed throughout
