This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a high-volume practise.   The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own claims portfolio, consisting of both dispute resolution applications and VCAT matters. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with the client, the team, and a commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.   Key Responsibilities   Manage a high-volume caseload of TAC claims from inception through to resolution Conduct legal research Draft advices, correspondence and court documents Attend conferences and tribunal hearings Liaise with clients, the tribunal and other key stakeholders Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines Work collaboratively with solicitors and other team members to achieve optimal client outcomes   About You   To be successful in this role, you will have:   Previous experience in personal injury law, workers compensation, TAC claims, or similar litigation practise (essential) Demonstrated ability to manage a large file load efficiently and effectively Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience attending conferences and court/tribunal proceedings A collaborative approach and strong team player mentality Proficiency in legal practise management software and Microsoft Office A tertiary qualification in legal studies or a related field (desirable)   How to apply   We encourage applications from people of all ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, genders (including trans or gender diverse), LGBTQ+ people and those with carer responsibilities.
