WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven supervisory experience, ideally within Vehicle Hire or a similar environment.
  • Experience managing caseloads that include credit hire, personal injury, or comparable claims.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • A resilient, commercially minded professional eager to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Supervisor, you will oversee a team of handlers responsible for managing litigated credit hire claims. The team works with an extensive portfolio of clients, including insurers and self-insured corporate, providing solutions across small-track, multi-track, and fraudulent claims.
This role also offers the opportunity to provide clients with strategic advice, leveraging insights into trends and behaviours within the market to influence wider practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervising a team managing volume litigated credit hire cases.
  • Conducting performance reviews, managing absences, and providing coaching for career progression.
  • Monitoring financial performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensuring client service standards (SLAs and KPIs) are consistently achieved.
  • Handling a small caseload of mixed-value pre-litigated and litigated credit hire claims.
  • Acting as a key client contact, supporting business development and client training activities.
