PARALEGAL

As our Paralegal at OX2 you will play a key role in supporting the General Counsel and the Legal and Compliance team across all markets. You will act as the point of contact for legal administration and governance tasks and ensure accuracy, punctuality, and compliance in all aspects of your work.
This is a self-driven and service-oriented role where you will manage a broad area of administrative tasks spanning from board administration, coordinate meetings, assist with administrative and compliance related processes to handling the signing process for transaction documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating legal content on the intranet and supporting internal stakeholders with functionalities in our new contract management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage board administration: coordinate, schedule, and send out notices for meetings, prepare and review minutes (primarily template based) and ensure formal requirements are met.
  • Act as the go-to person for legal documentation and protocols, ensuring structure, compliance, and quality across the board.
  • Assist with Know Your Customer requests and similar compliance work
  • Own and maintain legal information on the intranet, ensuring everything is up to date and user-friendly.
  • Work hands-on with digital legal tools and Contract Management System and explore new functionalities such as AI overlays to streamline legal processes.
  • Provide proactive support to the organization with legal and administrative matters, handle the signing process for transaction documents, including occasional errands such as visits to notarius publicus
  • Collaborate closely with Tax and other global legal teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal secretary, or similar legal administrative role, ideally within a law firm or corporate legal team.
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance and board formalities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality, compliant legal documentation.
  • Strong interest in digitalization and ability to quickly adapt to new legal systems and technologies.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of handling responsibilities independently.
  • Collaborative and service-minded – you enjoy supporting others and being the link between teams.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work setting and committed to being on-site as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CMS or legal tech tools with AI functionalities.
  • Previous exposure to international legal teams and cross-border collaboration.
  • An interest in growing into a broader Legal Operations.
