JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking dedicated and professional Paramedics to join our team. The successful candidates will provide safe and compassionate transportation for patients requiring medical assistance during transit, or will provide aid as a medical bystander during events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Paramedic certification recognized in the UAE (DCAS, DOH, MOH).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
• Previous experience in non-emergency patient transport preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Physically fit to assist patients with mobility needs.
• Strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.

• Provide non-emergency medical transportation services to patients.
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs during transport.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment onboard the ambulance.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the journey.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with dispatch and medical staff to coordinate transportation logistics.
• Adhere to all company protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
