We are seeking experienced and licensed Paramedics to join our team in Dubai, with an immediate start. The Paramedic will lead clinical care during emergency, non-emergency, and inter-facility transport, working within the DCAS scope of practice. The ideal candidate is DCAS license-ready or already licensed, immediately available, and brings a strong commitment to high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide advanced clinical assessment and pre-hospital care within Paramedic scope of practice Attend emergency, non-emergency, and inter-facility transfers as clinical lead Deliver advanced life support and approved emergency medical procedures Operate and maintain onboard medical equipment; ensure the ambulance is mission-ready Collaborate with the crew, receiving facilities, physicians, and first responders Accurately document patient assessment and care on the patient care record Availability — must-have Immediately available to start. Candidates must be on one of the following: cancelled visa, visit visa, or serving notice period. Applicants who cannot join immediately will not be considered for this vacancy. Credentialing — must-have Valid DCAS DataFlow (Primary Source Verification) and valid DCAS Prometric — both mandatory. Candidates must already have these in place at application stage. Valid DCAS professional Paramedic license — strongly preferred. Candidates who hold an active license will be prioritised. If no valid DCAS license: experience letters are required — formal experience letters from previous employers verifying work history (these support DataFlow verification and evidence the experience requirement below). Qualifications & Certifications: Qualification pathway (one of): Certificate in Paramedicine / Emergency Medical Services / Emergency and Medical Care / Emergency and Trauma Care Technology / Trauma Care / Advanced Assessment of Trauma (minimum 2 academic years or 1500 hours); or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Certificate in Emergency Medical Services (minimum 6 weeks); or 2 years' experience as an EMT with a completed Bridging Course. Valid and current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Trauma Life Support (ITLS or PHTLS). Experience: minimum 2 year as a Paramedic post-EMS qualification. Commitment to maintaining annual CPD/CME and completing the DCAS OSCE for license renewal.
