  Paraplanner Servitium Wealth Management | Full-Time   Servitium Wealth Management is seeking a Paraplanner to join a growing, client-focused advisory practice. This role is designed for someone with foundational industry experience who can step in quickly, support advisors, and deliver a high-quality client experience. This is not an entry-level opportunity. The culture is: * Team-oriented and supportive * Client-focused with high service standards * Fast-paced with a need for strong follow-through * Growth-minded, with opportunity for upward mobility ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Support * Serve as a key point of contact for client service needs * Communicate with clients regarding account activity, follow-ups, and requests * Support advisors in delivering a seamless and responsive client experience Account Management & Operations * Process new business, account opening, and ongoing account maintenance * Handle client confirmations and service-related requests * Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve issues Meeting Preparation & Execution * Prepare client meeting materials and documentation * Support pre- and post-meeting workflows, including follow-ups and task tracking Systems & Documentation * Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems * Utilize tools such as Salesforce, MoneyGuide, and eMeeting (preferred) * Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards ---------------------------------------- Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications * 1 - 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related role * Strong understanding of client service and operational workflows * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications * FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66) or willingness to obtain within 12 months * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) * Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuide) Professional Strengths * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction * Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow within the industry ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits Base Compensation: * $26.50 – 33.50 (commensurate with experience and licensing) – Hourly, non-exempt Incentive Compensation: *  Structured bonus opportunity Benefits Include: * 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee coverage) * Dental, vision, and disability insurance * SIMPLE IRA * Accrual-based PTO * Paid market holidays + additional holiday flexibility * Reduced in-office schedule and flexibility around year-end ---------------------------------------- Work Environment * In-office to start for training and onboarding * Hybrid flexibility (up to 1 day/week) available after training is complete * Collaborative team environment with monthly team lunches ---------------------------------------- Growth Opportunity This role is designed for someone who wants more than just a job.
