Role: Paraplanner / Assistant Associate

Salary Range: $73,150 to $85,000 plus Superannuation

ROLE OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Paraplanner / Assistant Associate to join our Wealth team. This non-advisory position plays a critical role in assisting licensed Financial Advisers with documentation preparation, financial modelling input, compliance recordkeeping, and CRM systems management.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Coordinate client meetings and support all pre- and post-meeting documentation processes
• Use financial planning platforms such as Xplan, WealthSolver, or similar systems to model projections and manage data
• Prepare financial modelling inputs and documentation for adviser review
• Liaise with outsourced paraplanners and product providers to collect relevant data
• Implement adviser-approved financial planning strategies through accurate documentation and client file management
• Prepare client review packs and maintain updated client records across multiple platforms
• Escalate strategy-related queries or data inconsistencies to the adviser for consideration
• Respond to client service queries within defined scope and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Conduct internal quality control checks and maintain compliance with industry documentation standards
