Ideal Candidate Profile What You'll Bring (Experience) Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a paraplanning or financial planning support role Strong understanding of Australian financial planning regulations (ASIC, FASEA/FASEA successor standards) Experience preparing SOAs, ROAs, and strategy modelling Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Planning, Commerce, or related field Knowledge of investment, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning strategies About You (Soft Skills) Desirable ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently Effective communicator with strong stakeholder coordination skills Your Impact Starts Here Advise Preparation •Prepare high-quality SOAs and ROAs in line with compliance and licensee requirements •Conduct research on financial products and strategies •Assist advisers in strategy development and modelling •Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and client-ready Client Service Support •Support advisers with client meeting preparation and follow-up actions •Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records •liaise with product providers and internal teams to facilitate implementation Compliance & Risk •Ensure all advice documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards •Stay up to date with changes in legislation and industry requirements •Assist in audit preparation and file reviews Process Improvement •Identify opportunities to improve advice preparation workflows •Contribute to the development of templates and standard operating procedures •Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team ABOUT US @ TGT GLOBAL As a Great Place to Work® certified company with top ratings given by our teams, we make sure our people enjoy more than just a job.
