JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join our dynamic financial services team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisers by preparing comprehensive reports, conducting analysis, and ensuring that client needs are met with exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a paraplanning or similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showcasing effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems relevant to financial planning is advantageous.
