Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 4 Diploma or equivalent qualification in financial planning, with a minimum of two years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and practical experience in the industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to produce bespoke content for reports and client communications.
  • Familiarity with financial tools such as Defaqto, FE Analytics, Selectapension, and CashCalc.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to work.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with one of their Advisers to provide comprehensive support in preparing financial plans and reports. You’ll conduct research, produce detailed financial cash flow forecasts, and ensure all advice is backed by accurate analysis. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing the client experience and supporting our advisers in delivering top-quality financial solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and gather relevant information to compile financial cash flow forecasts.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products to meet client needs.
  • Organise and present complex technical data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
  • Research financial products to support recommendations and proposals.
  • Prepare both simple and complex financial planning reports and calculations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and offer professional support.
  • Act as a liaison between the Adviser, clients, and product providers to ensure a seamless advice journey.
  • Maintain continuous professional development to meet both regulatory and personal growth requirements.
  • Ensure all business complies with internal and external legislative requirements.
