Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a talented Paraplanner to support one of our most experienced and successful Associate Directors in our Fareham office. You’ll be working at the heart of a high-quality financial planning practice, delivering excellent outcomes for high-net-worth clients.
This role is ideal for a paraplanner who wants more than just back-office work. You’ll be in client meetings, contributing to recommendations, and learning directly from a senior Financial Planner with a proven track record. If you aspire to become an adviser yourself, we’ll support you every step of the way – with structured development, mentoring, and a clear path towards Chartered status and CAS sign-off.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide technical support to an Associate Director, including research, cashflow modelling, and report writing
  • Join client meetings and support the delivery of personalised financial advice
  • Ensure all advice is fully compliant, technically sound, and tailored to the client’s goals
  • Take responsibility for ongoing advice processes and support client communications
  • Build your knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning
  • Work towards becoming a Financial Planner, if that’s your goal – with dedicated mentoring and development
  • Collaborate closely with administrators and wider colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience
