Our client is one of the oldest established private financial services practices in the UK, based in Oxfordshire, and they are seeking a Paraplanner/IFA Administrator to join their firm to replace a valued member of their team who is leaving for family reasons.

The practice has been established since 1972, using the model of an exclusive Harley Street practice which supports and drives their business vision.

  • They operate with the principles of honesty, integrity, personal service and first-class advice given to their clients and expect their staff to operate under these same ethics.
  • The practice is using this recruitment opportunity for succession planning to ensure that it maintains the high levels of service and standards fundamental to its continuing success.
  • They have a very bright and experienced team of six consultants and seven support team with whom the candidate would work.
Responsibilities
  • Full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday
  • Minimum three years’ experience as a paraplanner or senior administrator in the financial services sector
  • Personable, appropriately dressed and presents well as role will be client-facing at times
  • Fully experienced with all aspects of dealing with every area of financial planning
  • Hard working, focussed, determined, organised and time efficient self-management
  • Good at working within a team and sharing information
  • Career orientated person who wishes to progress with training and support to further develop career in financial services
  • Must live within 30 minutes of offices (near Banbury)
  • Would suit ambitious person looking to move to client generation and management going forward
