Job Description Join our team as a Paraplanner and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions. You’ll provide technical and analytical support to advisers, ensuring recommendations are well-researched, compliant, and aligned with client needs. What you'll be doing: Preparing clear and compliant suitability reports tailored to client circumstances Conducting research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning Analysing client data and risk profiles to inform advice strategies Collaborating with advisers to refine recommendations and clarify client needs Ensuring all advice meets FCA requirements and internal compliance standards Supporting advisers with technical input and evidence-based solutions Explaining our approach to financial advice and ensuring clients understand recommendations Contributing to process improvements and maintaining high governance standards Qualifications Who we're looking for: Experience in a paraplanning role producing accurate, compliant reports Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning Awareness of FCA regulations, including COBS and Consumer Duty principles Ability to interpret client data and communicate technical concepts clearly Skilled in using financial planning tools and CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office) Proven ability to build rapport with advisers and clients Exposure to cashflow modelling and standard planning scenarios Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent experience) is desirable Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
