JEHM Wealth & Retirement, in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville, SC, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our financial planning team. You’ll assist advisors by preparing for meetings, conducting investment research, and coordinating prospect interactions, all while delivering exceptional client service. What you’ll do: * Prepare Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, Insurance proposals, and presentations for client meetings * Utilize websites and software to obtain client and product information * Compare existing solutions to those currently available in the marketplace * Establish and maintain detailed client files * Prepare client correspondence, including letters and emails * Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate * Assist in client meetings What We’re Looking For: * 5+ years of experience working with a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced, financial industry setting * Series 65 or equivalent investment advisory license required * Experience with eMoney or similar planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities * Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful * Outstanding customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) * Friendly, professional manner and enjoys client interaction * Loves staying behind the scenes and nurturing client relationships * Reliable with a strong work ethic, maturity, and positive attitude * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Seeking long-term employment Bonus Points: * Extremely flexible and having the ability to switch gears with ease as needed * People-centric, creating a supportive and inclusive workspace * Ability to own projects from start to completion What You’ll Get: Pay & Perks: * $80,000 - $100,000/year based on experience * 100% Paid Health Coverage * Dental & Vision Available * 2 Weeks of PTO * 10 Paid Holidays * 401k with match Schedule: * In office: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
