SALARY: BAND B - £29,000 - £36,000

We are now looking for someone with previous experience within an IFA practice who can demonstrate a strong paraplanning understanding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· work with a Client Manager/Adviser to ensure the correct client outcome is achieved
· produce compliant and detailed suitability reports for clients
· undertaking centralised product research and analysis to support the firm’s product governance responsibilities, reporting to the relevant committees, and presenting where appropriate
· ensuring all client information is recorded on system and any tasks are completed within the appropriate timescale
· acting as a centre of technical excellence and share expertise with the wider team
· contacting product providers to clarify information and developing B2B relationships with key providers

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

· Hold or are working towards a relevant L4 qualification (e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning)
· Good working knowledge in areas of investment, protection and pensions
· Display enthusiasm, energy and positivity
· Have an interest in ESG principles, frameworks, and regulations, particularly as they apply to the financial services industry
· Excellent writing skills
· Pride yourself on your organisational skills including managing multiple conflicting priorities
· Be a superior user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have working knowledge of iO
· Collaborate well with other teams
