This Opportunity: BrightBee is looking for Paraprofessionals (Aftercare) to work for schools in the Charleston area!

  • Monday to Friday approximately 2:00pm-6:00pm (varies by school calendar).
  • Opportunity for longer term multi-day roles

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and monitoring students during aftercare activities.
  • Assisting with homework and academic assignments.
  • Providing guidance and support to students with social and emotional needs.
  • Implementing and enforcing program rules and policies.
  • Communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Planning and organizing activities and programs for students.
  • Maintaining a safe and positive environment for students.
  • Keeping accurate records of student attendance and behavior.
