Responsibilities
  • Work closely with students, either 1:1 or 2:1
  • Assist various mod to severe scenarios such as Toileting; Personal 1:1 Care; Non-Verbal; Challenging or Aggressive Behaviors in the Classroom
  • Build rapport and trust with the children in your care
  • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Support resource teacher(s) in delivering IEP’s (individual education plans)
  • Take direction from lead educators and assist when needed
