The Picker / Packer’s primary purpose is to perform production work such as picking materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands. Friday - Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm Salary $19.50 per hour Responsibilities: * Pick the order from the slot * Put the merchandise in the box * Send it to the line (ship) * Replenish products for PTL machine for the next shift * Organize, tidy up and clean your work area and equipment * Report any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders * Respect the best practices and training guides in force on the job * Cross train in other areas of the department * Other duties as assigned Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision (Options available) * 401K with matching program * STD, LTD Vacation and sick time Safety of our associates has always been Our #1 priority.
