EXPERIENCE

• Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, with a focus on sorting, stocking, or materials handling.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 is an advantage.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is preferred; relevant certifications are beneficial.
• Knowledge of construction processes or mechanical systems can enhance performance in this role.

• Sort and organise materials and products for storage or shipment according to established guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper techniques for heavy lifting and safe handling practices.
• Assist in picking and packing orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product selection.
• Load and unload goods from lorries, maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the process.
• Participate in shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain knowledge of mechanical systems related to warehouse operations to assist with minor troubleshooting as needed.
