Located in the heart of Hornsey/Crouch End, our nursery is committed to building strong, meaningful relationships with parents and carers as we guide their children through their early years.
We already have a talented team of parent engagement coordinators and managers, but due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking to grow our team to continue providing the highest level of support to families.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Family Liaison Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to build strong partnerships with families, enhance communication, and foster a sense of community. It would suit a professional looking to progress into a senior nursery management role in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the primary point of contact for families, providing guidance and support to enhance their experience at Creative Explorers.
Build strong relationships with parents, fostering trust and collaboration.
Support families during the nursery onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for their children.
Organize and host parent workshops, social events, forums and other engagement opportunities.
Respond to parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Communicate regularly with families via newsletters, emails, and face-to-face updates.
Work with the nursery team to share updates on children’s progress and development.
Offer guidance to families seeking external services and resources where needed.
Collaborate with the management team to address and resolve issues effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
12 month contract with the potential to expand to permanent.
A caring, empathetic, and professional approach.
Experience in customer service, community engagement, or a related role (experience in early years settings is preferred!)
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and email platforms.
A genuine passion for working with children and families in a supportive nursery environment.
