Description Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Parish Office Finance & Database Coordinator to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our parish while providing essential support for parish finances, records, and database management. This position plays a key role in stewarding parishioner information, contribution records, and sacramental data in support of our parish’s mission and ministries. Key Responsibilities Serve as receptionist and front-desk coordinator for the parish office Greet visitors and handle incoming calls with warmth and professionalism Maintain parishioner, donor, and sacramental records in the parish database Register new parishioners and complete the parish welcome process Post and reconcile weekly contributions Assist the Accounting Manager with month-end entries and accounts payable Prepare sacramental certificates and letters as needed Support parish mailings, Mass intentions, and general office operations Assist with office supplies, mail, and administrative tasks Requirements Qualifications Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to handle confidential financial and sacramental information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Experience working with the public in an office or customer-service setting preferred Position Details Full-time, Monday–Friday Benefits included
