Port Campbell Holiday Park is nestled along the stunning Great Ocean Road, just 10 minutes from The Twelve Apostles and only a short drive from Melbourne. The park features 24 cabins and 94 powered camping sites, offering an ideal opportunity for a dynamic management couple to make their mark in a supportive, community-focused environment. This is an easy to maintain property with artificial turf sites and minimal facilities (camp kitchen, games room and an amenities block). While previous holiday park experience is regarded, it is not always essential. Successful management teams must have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park environment. Contract Type: 2-year maximum term Residence: A 4-bedroom unfurnished house is available for the successful management team. What you will do: Oversee daily park operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance Lead, motivate and manage a small team, including recruitment, training, and rostering Deliver a superior customer experience and drive business performance Manage operational budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies Implement creative activities to grow the park’s profile and guest experience Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for guests and staff Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, employees, and key stakeholders What you will bring: Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service Proven problem-solving and organisational skills Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or trade skills highly regarded High level of computer literacy, with working knowledge of reservation and accounting systems Ability to work within approved operational budgets and drive commercial outcomes Enthusiasm, initiative, and a hands-on approach to leadership Management teams must be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have an ABN. Financial capacity may be required to purchase plant and equipment Essential: Current valid Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR, and state based Working with Children Check (WWCC) Management teams can expect to earn a base income, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through commercial ventures you may choose to operate onsite. In addition, teams are to be further rewarded for their part in growing the parks income and increasing the parks overall profitability. You will also be rewarded with further incentives for customer service excellence.
