JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our park facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standards. The Park Manager will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for guests while effectively managing resources and staff.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or resort environments is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
  • Experience in events management is highly desirable, particularly within nightclub or similar settings.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
  • Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management practices.
