Description Park Monitor Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures is currently seeking eligible applicants for the position of Park Monitor. This position requires energetic, adventurous, and safety conscious individuals. Park Monitors are responsible for communicating with and overseeing guests during their experience to ensure an unforgettable and safe adventure. This is an active outdoor position that involves not only facilitating guest arrivals, but communicating with guests for safety and guidance throughout their experience. Responsibilities Include: Welcome guests and introduce them to the park Harness guests and familiarize them to the safety equipment they will be using during their adventure Conduct safety demonstrations for guests Provide guidance for guests when needed while they are in the park Assist with the Mobile Park, Bungee Launcher, Bungy Trampoline & Rock Wall, and special events as needed Promote a positive and enjoyable attitude at all times Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory Complying with and enforcing the policies, procedures, and regulations of Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures Assist with other duties in the park as needed Requirements To be considered these qualifications must be met: 16 years of age or older and prior work experience Passionate about the outdoors Commitment to safety and attention to detail Must have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass a physical fitness test Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availability Must be comfortable working at heights of 60 or more feet Must be able to stand outside for long periods of time in all weather conditions Ability to pass first aid and CPR training course Prior ropes/climbing experience preferred but not required Hours This position can require full time (30-40 hours a week) during the high season and abbreviated hours during the shoulder seasons Hours of employment are dependent on business demands Compensation: $16.00/Hr. + Bonus
