Job Details Job Location: LAS VEGAS, NV 89101 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $14.00 Job Shift: Graveyard Job Category: General Labor We have Full Time, Graveyard position. The hours are 10:00 PM. - 6:30AM., Sunday through Tuesday SUMMARY: Provides prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all parking garage customers in the Fremont Street Experience Parking Garage. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: The ability to operate the cash register and parking system database. The ability to work as “on call” employee. The ability to answer intercom calls from all entry and exit lanes as well as the pay on foot machine. The ability to resolve any customer needs over the intercom, walking the customer through the parking process so they can complete their transaction without further assistance. The ability to assist customers with any credit card or cash payment issues as well as lost ticket issues. The ability to report any maintenance issues immediately to the Parking Manager or Security. The ability to clean the booth by the end of their shift as well as maintain the cleanliness of the entry and exit lanes and equipment. Qualifications 1-year experience. Good customer service skills. Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and proficiently with customers and coworkers. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. All candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
