Role Description The Parking Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for guests, tenants, and cruise passengers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming parking experience. This role supports daily parking operations through exceptional customer service, accurate cashiering during cruise operations, and clear communication. Parking Ambassadors work closely with the operations team to support traffic flow, assist guests, and always maintain a professional presence. Principal Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and assist customers, tenants, and cruise guests entering and exiting the facility. Provide directions, answer questions, and support guests throughout their parking experience. Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable presence at all times. Cashiering & Operations Serve as a cashier during cruise operations, processing payments accurately and assisting guests with exit. Help with validations, payment questions, and general parking inquiries. Communicate with the operations team regarding traffic flow, customer needs, and any developing issues. Facility Monitoring Monitor parking areas and report issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions. Support smooth entry and exit by observing flow and assisting where needed. Working Conditions Work is performed on-site, outdoors or within the parking facility, for extended periods. Ambassadors may be exposed to environmental conditions including extreme heat, rain, and cold weather. Uniforms may be provided for weather needs, though not always for temperature changes. Weekend work is required as part of the regular schedule. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle cash and operate payment equipment accurately Friendly, professional attitude with the ability to remain calm during high-volume periods Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors Willingness to work weekends Previous parking, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required At least 18 years of age
