SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Barber Collins Security Services. This role is essential in maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their property. This is an Outdoor role encompassing Parking control, Directing traffic on private property, site patrols and general security duties as required. We are looking for candidates who have customer service experience dealing with parking enforcement and crowd control who are extremely professional and respectful. Preference given to guards who can commit to a minimum 6 months.
Hours are Monday to Friday
1:30PM TO 5:30PM

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is an asset.
• Previous parking enforcement experience.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• A valid security license is mandatory with a minimum 2 years security experience.
• Previous Parking control experience
• Must have your own vehicle as site does not have bus transportation.
• Able to commit to minimum 1 year of service

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor and patrol parking lot and no parking areas
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities.
• Check all exterior doors to ensure they are operational and secure.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies as they arise.
