Description Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of a hardworking, outgoing, and motivated Attendant/Porter to join our team in the downtown Miami area! If you thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and love working with people, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU’LL DO Primary Responsibilities Attendant Duties ? Direct and manage vehicle traffic at garage entrances, exits, and key congestion points ? Provide guidance to drivers to help locate available parking spaces ? Monitor garage capacity and communicate updates to the team ? Support pedestrian safety by maintaining clear walkways and crosswalks ? Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries ? Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or needs in real time Maintenance Duties ? Sweep and clean garage floors, stairwells, and common areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment ? Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is properly disposed of throughout the shift ? Identify and report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly ? Restock supplies such as cleaning materials and other facility necessities as needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Requirements ? Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for the duration of the shift ? Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations ? Excellent verbal communication and people skills ? Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented ? Previous experience in parking and traffic control is strongly encouraged

Responsibilities

The attendant is responsible for managing vehicle traffic, assisting drivers with parking, and ensuring pedestrian safety within the garage. Additionally, they must perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning floors, emptying trash, and reporting facility hazards.
