Role Description The Parking Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure a quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility, exceeding customer and client expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts. Principal Responsibilities Guest Services: Greeting and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to the Shift or Operations Manager as necessary. Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates. Traffic Control: Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces. Control traffic at entrances, exits, and/or on an assigned level of the parking deck, as needed. Safety and Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
