We’re seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and bring strong communication and customer service skills. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a dedicated team, ensuring that every vehicle and guest is treated with care and efficiency. This position will serve mostly in the evening, with shifts ranging between 11:00am – 10:00pm and options for either four 10-hour or five 8-hour schedules following training. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. If you're dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute to a mission-driven organization, we want you on our team! In this role, there is opportunity to - Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departure. Operate vehicles entrusted to valet services safely and responsibly at all times. Assist with traffic flow and parking management in designated valet and garage areas. Follow departmental procedures for radio communication, key storage, and vehicle tagging. Respond quickly to valet calls and supervisor directions, maintaining urgency during peak hours. Inspect vehicles for any damage and immediately report issues to the parking supervisor. Maintain an organized log sheet and ensure accuracy in all valet-related documentation. Demonstrate respect, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in all customer and team interactions.
